The management of the Inter-national Ecoenergy Academy and edotorial board of “Energy, Ecology, Economy” journal heartfully congratulates the colleague with election to RANS and also wish him the further successes in his multifaceted activity..……. - THE MODERN SYSTEM OF COMPLEX EXPERTISE OF SOILS DEGRADATION IN AZERBAIJAN ON INFORMATIVE TECHNOLOGIES BASIS
M.P. Babayev, E.B. Mammadov, S.M. Huseynova Institute of Soil science and agrochemistry of National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan Soil cover degradation is a global international problem. If soil degradation won`t be prevented in time, so in the 21st century the sharp increase of its influence is expected. This most serious ecological problem facing humankind is actual for Azerbaijan, too. The generalization of the international experiment (A. Ruellan, M. Dakko, P. Lakhmar, 2000; A. Zimovetz, 1998; Mirukhlava, 2001; N. Chernyavskaya etc. 1997) and works of the Institute of Soil science and agrochemistry of NAS of Azerbaijan (M. Babayev, 2000, 2001; M. Babayev, V. Gasanov and etc., 2002) recommends to conduct a study of a soil cover degradation in the following consequences: - The revelation of the factors causing soil degradation - The revelation of the degree of the soil cover degradation - The composition of the map of the soil cover degradation - The offer of recommendations on prophylactic and the removal of soil degradetion consequence - The creation of the automatization of experts of the system of the soil degradation appreciation....................... - INEW SCIENTIFICALLY PROVEN METHODS IN THE MANAGEMENT OF SOCAR`S ECONOMIC-FINANCIAL SYSTEM
R. Aliyev, Ph. D in economics, SOCAR`s president adviser Flexible and reliable management of financial-account activity in Azerbaijan Oil and Gas industry is considered as an important governmental policy in economy, which at the present time is characterized by the establishment of market relations.Cooperating with a number of leading oil and gas producing countries, independent Azerbaijan is intensively integrating into the world economy. Therefore, the solution of the mentioned problem should be based on international standards, i.e. it is required to bring the existing financial-accounting systems to the conformity with market economy.………………………….. - THE ECONOMIC & ECOLOGICAL CONSEQUENCES OF METAL CORROSION
A.G.Aliyev, Azerbaijan Society “Corrosion protection” The metal’s corrosion problem became especially acute during last decades, when the new metal production arose, enormously grow the quantity, complexity and cost of metal constructions. The struggle against metal corrosion is one of the most important industrial problem, on which solution depends the effective use of main funds in all branches of the country’s national economy.......................... - CRITERION OF THE EQUIPMENT OPERATION OPTIMALITY
Ð.Gurbanpoor, International Ecoenergy Academy The aging of the equipment includes its physical depreciating and obsolescence of machines, what results in increase of industrial expenses, expense for repair and service, reducing of work productivity and liquid cost. Criteion of optimality, as a rule, is the profit On operation of the equipment (task of maximization), or total expenses for the operation during the planned period (task of minimization). At the construction of model of a problem it is accepted to consider, that the decision on replacement is taken out in the beginning of each interval of operation (for example, in the beginning of the year) and basically the equipment may be used during unlimited time...................... - CORROSION, SALT- AND PARAFFIN SEDIMENTATION INHIBITORS, CREATED IN IPCP OF NAS OF AZERBAIJAN
V.M. Abbasov, Y.Sh. Abdullayev, R.S. Magerramov, A.M. Samedov,Institute of Petrochemical Processes of Nas of Azerbaijan Since 1970 in IPCP of NAS of Azerbaijan purposeful scientific – research works related to creation of chemical reagents, including corrosion inhibitor, inhibitor – bactericides, salt-and paraffin-sedimentation inhibitor, etc. are carried out.AS a result of the carried out works a number of the reagents with high efficiency, distinguished from the analogues by polyfunctionality, low toxicity, cheapness and the big raw materials resources: VFIKS-82, Caspian-2, Caspian-4, Caspian-X, Azeri, Parkorin-1, etc. have been created........ - SYSTEM OF OBLIGATORY CERTIFICATION UNDER ECOLOGICAL REQUIREMENTS. PRIORITIES OF CERTIFICATION OF ECOLOGICAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS.
R.R. Zeynalov, E.S. Huseyn,Azerbaijan State Oil Academy, SRI “Geotechnological problems of oil, gas and chemistry” First of all it is necessary to note, that in Azerbaijan national normative documents on certification of systems of ecological management are absent. DOAO the Institute of Technology of mechanical engineering till 2003 making ecological passports of the industrial enterprises, on contractual bases, used normative-technical documentation not harmonized by standards ISO, API.The purpose of present article is to acquaint heads of the enterprises, the organizations normative and technical documentation necessary for the organization and realization of certification of ecological management.……………
